time to download srb2kart!!!

for most linux users, you probably should just use the flatpak.
here's the flathub listing if you're interested, but if you have flatpak ready to use, just run this in your terminal:

            sudo flatpak install org.srb2.SRB2Kart-galaxy

after that, wait a while (this is flatpak after all), and once it finishes, you'll find srb2kart galaxy in your app list!!!

note: if you want to use opengl on the flatpak (you should use opengl), either:

edit the desktop entry, adding --opengl after everything
run the game from your terminal. command: flatpak run org.srb2.SRB2Kart-galaxy --opengl

if you can't, or don't want to use the flatpak, you can either:

got a command not found? you can just set up flatpak: guide here.
using arch or something arch-based? feel free to use the aur, package name is srb2kart-galaxy-git
you can also compile the game yourself. i won't touch upon this here, but i'll leave what you might need:

got the game?, launch it (please do so in OpenGL mode, don't bother with default software mode) and connect to kart.szprink.xyz to race your fellow gaslighters.
